Perfect hotel with consistent free Wi-Fi. Excellent service from the extremely helpful, very amiable staff members. Spacious bedroom. Had UPDATED a kitchenette, tea/coffee, and coffee. Very pleasant overall experience.

The location is optimal. Short ways to the city centre and to restaurants and shops, the city is very well maintained and worth seeing. The trip with the horse tram is a nice change, but one can also comfortably walk to the island Granite Island in front of the island. If you are lucky, you can see the pygmy penguins from the bridge during the day (we had this luck and therefore saved the evening guided tour).

Comfort Inn offers a very comfortable stay. the room was clean and spacious, equipped with a microwave, toaster, and fridge. My family enjoyed the cozy bed and clean sheets, ensuring a good night's sleep. the late check-in process was seamless, allowing us to relax after our drive. Despite its slightly dated decor, the location is central and the rooms are surprisingly quiet.
No crockery or utensils provided. Bring your own if self-sufficient.

Bed was very comfy
We asked for midday checkout however when told it would be an extra $25 we declined as Booked.net had offered us the same package for $10 less after we booked. We couldn't cancel the original booking so had 11am checkout instead
